No child will be allowed to leave the care providers home with any person who is not specifically listed on child in care record as being authorized to do so by the parent(s.) It is the responsibility of the parent(s) to maintain and/or update the list of authorized individuals with the care provider. Please make certain authorized individuals provide proper automobile child safety seat restraint equipment. Any individual arriving to collect a child in care who appears to the care provider to be unwell enough for safe transportation for reasons — including but not limited to extreme illness, or suspected substance abuse — will be discouraged from taking the child. Parents and or police will be contacted if in the best interests of the child.
